Oasis Circle is the brainchild of Er. Raji Mathew Pamplaniyil, an accomplished civil engineering graduate and an active highway contractor with over 33 years of experience in the construction industry. His extensive work in the Middle East greatly contributed to his successful career. The project fall under the umbrella of Rajees Business Ventures and Holdings Pvt. Ltd. In addition to his professional achievements, he is deeply committed to various social welfare initiatives. He serves as an advisory board member of Mar Sleeva Medicity, Pala, and is also a pastoral council member of Pala Diocese. His genuine dedication to community betterment is evident through his active involvement in various social initiatives.

Jimmy George is a Chartered Civil Engineer holding an M. Tech in Structural Engineering and is presently engaged in pursuing a PhD in Yoga and Naturopathy. With an illustrious career spanning 35 years, he is renowned for his exceptional technical proficiency and analytical skills. His wealth of experience and expertise provide a solid foundation for the flawless execution of this project.

Joseph Aji holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and completed his post graduation in Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune. With a dynamic and forward-thinking approach, Joseph brings a youthful vitality to his endeavors.

Aleena Raje completed her B.Arch from TKM College of Engineering, Kollam. She has showcased her expertise in interior design and home styling, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a flair for creating captivating spaces.
